The Friday Find: Mimosa Bar

We still have brunch on the brain! In addition to the butter bar, we also set up a mimosa bar. We set out a variety of juices and accoutrements so guests could customize their mimosas.

We used traditional OJ, grapefruit juice, and raspberry lemonade. Pomegranate or Cranberry would be delicious too. Raspberries, blackberries, and mint added the finishing touch – think about what flavors complement each other well. Grapefruit with mint was a definite favorite!

We served the drinks in Liz’s vintage Champagne coupes. Added bonus? They were not only stylish but the perfect size! We were all able to – without regard to restraint – have several rounds to sample all the flavor combinations.
