Memorial Day Soirée

We won’t be hosting any Memorial Day Weekend Barbecues this year (because we’re celebrating our anniversary!) but I couldn’t stop myself from doing a little imaginary party planning. While most barbecues are just about burgers and beer, with all of the great outdoor dinnerware on the market, there is no reason you can’t keep the party chic. This barbecue is all about casual elegance – just our style.


Grilled Crostini, in particular the Peach, Prosciutto, Ricotta and Honey and Pickled Fig, Robiola, and Pistachio Oil versions

The Pioneer Woman’s Bacon Sliders, topped with Special Sauce

Grilled Prawns and Spicy Apricot Chicken Wings

Corn on the BBQ with Chile and Lime (ps I flipped through this book – My Grill by Pete Evans – and it looks fabulous. gorgeous pics too.)
