Liz is hosting her first holiday meal ever, and is obviously thrilled. The Easter Brunch menu might be slightly overly-ambitious with 11 am church thrown in there, but sure to be divine, even if it’s at 4 pm!

Grapefruit Mimosas and Iced Tea

Herbed Ricotta with Crostini and Radishes

Crabcakes Benedict – made with Brennan’s crabcakes, Lemon Angel Biscuits, Poached Eggs, and Hollandaise

Baked “Risotto” with Goat Cheese and Chives

Sauteéd Asparagus and Snap Peas

Lemon Blueberry Easter Basket Cake – just like Granny used to make with coconut “grass” and jelly bean “eggs” on top
