Bonjour, Y’all!

When I heard that our favorite American living in Paris blogger David Lebovitz would be conducting Cooking School classes at Central Market in January, I reserved my seat at the Houston venue quickly!  Luckily I found a friend (thanks Lauren!!) to join me, so together we are off to “discover the complexity and satisfaction of desserts with a little zing”!  We can’t wait to learn how to create Meyer Lemon-Buttermilk Ice Cream Sandwiches, Spiced Hot Chocolate Cakes with Caramelized White Chocolate, Goat Cheese Souffles with Mixed Citrus Compote, and a Tangerine Floating Island. What is a Tangerine Floating Island anyway?  I’ll be sure to report back with recipes, techniques, and relay any amazing pithy commentary from our hilarious instructor!
